1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you" or "your") and lobi89 ("lobi89", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the lobi89 website located at https://lobi89.click and all related services, features and content provided therein.

By accessing the lobi89 website, creating an account, or using any lobi89 service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all access to and use of the lobi89 platform.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the lobi89 website, mobile-optimised site and any associated content pages operated at https://lobi89.click.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created upon completion of the lobi89 registration process.
• "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on or transacts through the lobi89 Platform.
• "Funds" means any monetary amount deposited into or held within a lobi89 Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback award or other incentive offered by lobi89 subject to applicable promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus or deposit amount must be staked in eligible games before a withdrawal of associated winnings may be requested.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals and certain other account actions may be processed.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active lobi89 Account, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• Be a natural person aged 21 years or above.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• Not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion register or equivalent responsible gambling programme that would prohibit participation in gambling activities.
• Not be acting as an agent, representative or proxy for any third party for the purposes of gambling on the Platform.

Residents of Malaysia are reminded that participation in online gambling may be subject to local legislation. It is each User's sole responsibility to verify whether their participation is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction before creating an Account or depositing Funds.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each User may register only one Account on the lobi89 Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension without notice.

At the time of registration, the User is required to provide accurate, current and complete information including full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and a secure password. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• lobi89 must be notified immediately if unauthorised access to an Account is suspected.
• lobi89 accepts no liability for losses arising from a User's failure to secure their credentials.
• Account credentials must not be shared with, or accessed by, any third party.

5 Terms of Use

The lobi89 Platform is provided for lawful entertainment purposes only. Users agree to use the Platform in a manner consistent with these Terms and applicable law. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform without express written consent from lobi89.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches or pricing discrepancies for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection or using the Platform to conceal the proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, copying or distributing any lobi89 content without prior written authorisation.
• Accessing the Platform while self-excluded or subject to a cooling-off period.

lobi89 reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches and to take any action deemed appropriate, including immediate account suspension and the voiding of any Funds or winnings associated with prohibited conduct.

6 Deposits & Payments

Deposits to a lobi89 Account may be made using the supported Payment Methods displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Accepted methods for Malaysian users include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong and other participating banks.

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed within the Account deposit interface. lobi89 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources; all deposit instruments must be registered in the name of the Account holder.

All Funds held on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Currency conversion, where applicable, is conducted at the exchange rate published at the time of transaction.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from a lobi89 Account are subject to the following conditions, each of which must be satisfied before a request is processed:

• The Account holder has completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of lobi89.
• All applicable Wagering Requirements on active Bonuses have been met in full.
• The requested amount does not exceed the applicable transaction or daily withdrawal limit.
• The designated payment recipient details match the verified Account holder identity.
• The Account is in good standing with no pending investigations or compliance reviews.

Indicative processing timelines are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank channels typically within 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers typically within 15 to 60 minutes. These timelines are estimates only and are subject to the availability and processing schedules of the relevant payment partners.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

lobi89 may offer Bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible Account holders from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference. Where a conflict arises between a promotional page and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

General principles applicable to all lobi89 Bonuses include:

• Wagering / Rollover: The stated multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) indicates the total qualifying turnover required before a withdrawal of Bonus-derived winnings may be submitted. Example: a MYR 100 Bonus with ×15 wagering requires MYR 1,500 in eligible wagers.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; most table games and live casino products contribute a lower percentage, commonly between 10% and 20%.
• Maximum Bet: While an active Bonus is applied to an Account, individual wagers may be capped, commonly in the range of MYR 250 to MYR 500 per bet. Exceeding the maximum bet may result in the Bonus being voided.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or whose Wagering Requirements are not completed within the applicable window (commonly 7, 14 or 30 days) will expire automatically and be removed from the Account.
• Maximum Cash-out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the amount of Bonus-derived winnings that may be withdrawn. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum may not be eligible for cash-out.

9 Gameplay Rules

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or error during gameplay, lobi89 will use all reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly in accordance with the applicable game rules and available server logs.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages based on a large volume of game rounds. They do not represent a guaranteed return on any individual session, spin or wager. All lobi89 games use certified random number generation systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the Platform's server records constitute the definitive record and shall take precedence over any client-side display inconsistency.

10 Responsible Gambling

All Users are strongly encouraged to utilise the self-management tools available within the Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. A self-excluded User will not receive promotional communications and must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new Account. lobi89 treats such attempts as a serious breach of these Terms.

11 Intellectual Property

All content published on the lobi89 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of lobi89 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works from any lobi89 content without prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lobi89 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a User's access to, use of, or inability to use the Platform or any of its content or services.

lobi89 does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption or be free from errors, viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Users access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Suspension & Termination

lobi89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close an Account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading registration information.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft or other illegal conduct.
• Duplicate Account creation or suspected bonus abuse.
• A court order or instruction from a competent regulatory authority.

Upon termination, any Bonus Funds remaining in the Account will be forfeited. Real-money Funds may be returned to the Account holder following completion of any applicable investigation and verification, subject to applicable legal requirements.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Users acknowledge their responsibility to understand and comply with the gambling laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms by good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Where resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to competent legal proceedings as determined by the applicable jurisdiction.

15 Amendments

lobi89 reserves the right to revise, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time and for any reason. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account holders by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect where reasonably practicable.

Continued use of the lobi89 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes the User's acceptance of those revised Terms. If a User does not agree with any amendment, they must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
